The past week......

The past week has seen an increase in enquiry for Hospitality in both Hotels & Motels. Proposed purchasers are looking closley in the reutrn being shown on hotels. Country hotel advertisements are now reguarly quoting 18% return which confrims our thoughts that hotel sales are now being priced at the 'Return on Investment' as shown before the 'Price Bubble'.

We have available one Block of Entitlements from level one, the easy to move area. This block is available to move from Country to City at a price of $270,000.

An exciting new listing with Chris Tinning & Co during this week is the Capital Entertainment Centre. Situated in the heart of Wagga Wagga's CDB main street and parking at the back door. The Capital opens one night a week as a Night Club which has proved very popular and financially lucrative. The Capital is available as a venue for hire and is often used for private functions and various events.
