Royal Hotel - Cooma SOLD at Auction

Thursday July the 8th.

Following bidding between 2 parties the Royal Hotel at Cooma has been sold.

Both bidders were local and this further supports the opinion that the majority of country hotel sales are occuring to people with a connection to the hotel.

Nick Tinning commented after the auction that the price achieved demonstrates that the current market for country leasehold hotels has returned to traditional levels.
